Frequently Asked Questions
Does Rolling Auto come to me?
Yes! Rolling Auto makes it easy and convenient by bringing the shop to you. Our trailer has all the necessary equipment to perform all services onsite - wherever that may be.
Do I have to be home for the requested service?
No, our goal is to make things as convenient as possible, meaning we can perform the services even when you're not around. Keep in mind, all required materials (tires to be changed, wheel locks etc) will have to be in an accessible spot so the techs can do the work once onsite. We also require a credit card on file if the owner of the vehicle will not be present, so we can bill the job once the work is completed.
What is a Wheel Lock and how do I know if my vehicle has them?
Wheel locks are designed to prevent thieves from stealing your rims. They are installed in place of one of your vehicles lug nuts - and can only be removed with a special key that comes with the set. See below for an example.

Do you give discounts for multiple vehicles?
We sure do. See our Services and Rates page for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit. E-Transfers may be accepted if paid in advance.
Where can I look to find my tire size?

What does "Callout Fee (Unable to perform requested service" mean?
This fee takes place when the scheduled service cannot be completed due to:
- Vehicle not present or accessible
- Wheel lock key missing or not present
- Tire is not repairable
- Stuck or damaged rims
Is there a cancellation fee if I can't make my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If the cancellation takes place within the 24 hours, the Callout Fee of $60 will be applied.
